Welcome to Messina Lawn Care. By requesting a quote, scheduling services, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Company Information

Messina Lawn Care, Inc. is a locally owned lawn care company serving Ambler, Pennsylvania and surrounding communities in Montgomery and Bucks Counties. We provide professional lawn fertilization, weed control, plant health care, and outdoor pest control services.

2. Services

Messina Lawn Care provides lawn and landscape treatments including but not limited to:

• Lawn fertilization programs

• Weed control treatments

• Soil improvement and turf health treatments

• Plant and shrub health care

• Mosquito and tick yard treatments

• Lawn evaluations and turf improvement programs

Service timing and treatment recommendations are based on professional evaluation of lawn conditions and seasonal agronomic requirements.

3. Service Authorization

By requesting or purchasing services, the customer authorizes Messina Lawn Care technicians to access the property for the purpose of performing lawn treatments and related services.

Customers agree to provide reasonable and safe access to all treatment areas.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To allow services to be performed safely and effectively, customers agree to:

• Remove toys, pet waste, and debris from lawn areas before service

• Ensure gates are unlocked on scheduled service days

• Keep pets indoors or away from treatment areas during service

• Follow any watering or post-treatment instructions provided

Failure to provide access or prepare the property may result in the service being skipped or rescheduled.

5. Results Disclaimer

Lawn care results vary depending on factors outside the control of Messina Lawn Care including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions

• Soil conditions

• Lawn watering practices

• Mowing height and frequency

• Existing lawn damage, disease, or pest pressure

While Messina Lawn Care uses professional products and proven treatment methods, specific lawn results cannot be guaranteed.

6. Scheduling & Weather Delays

Service dates may change due to weather conditions, soil conditions, or safety concerns. Treatments will be performed within the appropriate seasonal application window whenever possible.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Messina Lawn Care reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services for unpaid invoices.

Accepted payment methods may include credit card, ACH, check, or online payment.

8. Pricing

Pricing for services may be adjusted periodically to reflect changes in operating costs including materials, fertilizer costs, fuel, labor, supply costs, or other market conditions.

Messina Lawn Care reserves the right to update service pricing at the start of a new season or program period. Continued use of services after a price adjustment constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

9. Recurring Service & Program Continuity

Messina Lawn Care programs are designed as ongoing seasonal treatment programs to maintain the health and appearance of your lawn. Services will automatically continue and renew each season unless the customer notifies Messina Lawn Care to cancel prior to the next scheduled application.

By enrolling in a lawn care program, the customer authorizes Messina Lawn Care to perform scheduled treatments throughout the program and charge the payment method on file for services performed.

Once a seasonal treatment program has begun, individual applications within that program may not be skipped or canceled. Customers may cancel future services at any time by notifying our office prior to the next scheduled service visit.

Services already completed are non-refundable.

10. Prepaid Programs

Customers participating in seasonal prepay programs receive discounted pricing for services.

Prepaid services become non-refundable once the service program has begun.

11. Cancellation

Customers may cancel services at any time by contacting Messina Lawn Care prior to the next scheduled service visit.

Services already completed are non-refundable.

12. Safety and Product Use

Messina Lawn Care applies lawn care products according to label instructions and industry standards.

Customers agree to follow any post-treatment instructions provided by technicians, including watering guidelines and recommended waiting periods before re-entering treated areas.

13. Website Use

All content on this website including text, images, branding, and logos is the property of Messina Lawn Care and may not be reproduced without permission.

14. Changes to These Terms

Messina Lawn Care reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
